Lever Demo is looking for an multi-talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our close-knit design team. We thrive on creating clean and engaging designs that delight across multiple platforms. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and wants to make a big impact.

Your future:

  • Build a brand:
  • Establish consistent creative direction for our brand across print and digital materials.

  • Be a leader:
  • Lead and mentor other designers through collaboration and feedback. Work with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns for our brand.

  • Show attention to detail on all levels:
  • Design doesn’t begin or end on a screen. We are constantly looking for ways to brainstorm better strategy, copy, etc. Our designs tell a story that goes beyond visual design.

  • Stay on brand - until you can’t:
  • Work within a design system while recognizing opportunities to draw outside the lines and improve our design language.

    Your past:

  • Design experience:
  • 5+ years of experience at a design firm/studio or an in-house design position.
    Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Track record of successful design:
  • Strong portfolio of both print and digital work that displays how you’ve solved real world design problems.
    You’re familiar with taking the reins and leading a project from a conceptual beginning to a successful end.

  • Excellent communication skills:
  • You know how to present your designs and communicate what problems they are solving. Being able to give and receive feedback is a must.
