<li><b>Build a brand:</b></li><div>Establish consistent creative direction for our brand across print and digital materials.</div><div><br></div><li><b>Be a leader:</b></li><div>Lead and mentor other designers through collaboration and feedback. Work with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns for our brand.</div><div><br></div><li><b>Show attention to detail on all levels:</b></li><div>Design doesn’t begin or end on a screen. We are constantly looking for ways to brainstorm better strategy, copy, etc. Our designs tell a story that goes beyond visual design.</div><div><br></div><li><b>Stay on brand - until you can’t:</b></li><div>Work within a design system while recognizing opportunities to draw outside the lines and improve our design language.</div>

<li><b>Design experience:</b></li><div>5+ years of experience at a design firm/studio or an in-house design position.</div><div>Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</div><div><br></div><li><b>Track record of successful design:</b></li><div>Strong portfolio of both print and digital work that displays how you’ve solved real world design problems.</div><div>You’re familiar with taking the reins and leading a project from a conceptual beginning to a successful end.</div><div><br></div><li><b>Excellent communication skills:</b></li><div>You know how to present your designs and communicate what problems they are solving. Being able to give and receive feedback is a must.</div>
