As an Analytics Consultant, you will assist our clients with setting up strong analytics programs to make the best use of Lever Demo's strong in-app reporting and Lever Talent Intelligence You will have a variety of client-facing responsibilities, including interviewing staff, gathering data, analyzing issues, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions and follow best practices. You will sharpen your consulting and networking skills by taking part in social outings, office-wide team meetings, and community service events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer workshops to understand business objectives, needs and processes, and to elicit and document solution requirements.
  • Synthesize business and technical solution requirements by engaging with our clients and internal stakeholders in a systematic, collaborative manner with an appropriate mix of structure & flexibility to ensure client needs are understood, well-documented and addressed.
  • Create and deliver impactful client presentations and communications, tailored to the needs of various audiences.
  • Build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders, in order to maximize influence, collaboration and client satisfaction. Develop a track record for consistently making actionable recommendations regarding best use of our software,  how issues are best resolved, and for proactive risk management.
  • Ensure high-levels of client satisfaction and transparency, by clearly communicating what we will be delivered and when. Identify and communicate critical success factors including client stakeholder inputs and involvement.
  • Ensure solutions meet customer requirements and expectations through acceptance test planning and execution.
